Um, yeah...so does the Constitution. So does the nature of the universe. What five Supreme Court justices say about an issue has no bearing on right or wrong. Although, unfortunately, it has immense impact on what the central government can and can&#039;t do.

Many desperate Statolatrist gun-haters over the years have turned to the wording of the Second Amendment that mentions &quot;a well-regulated militia&quot; to justify heavily regulating gun ownership and even saying only government employees or government licensees can rightfully own guns. As George Mason said, &quot;What is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials.&quot;</description>
