And, by the way, don't get me wrong: most pre-teen children shouldn't be trusted with guns and they certainly shouldn't have them at school or anywhere other than a place where they're being taught to use them by an experienced adult. It's just that they are more scary in the hands of the State's thugs and this child didn't have a weapon anyway. I saw that, and naturally it alarmed me but didn’t surprise me.
