		<description>Wow that is some post! My one and only experience with jury service was eye-opening to say the least. A young lad was convicted of a very serious charge, which by the way I believe he was guilty of, but this guy ended up getting convicted because one jury member who had been holding out and arguing his point very strongly basically got bored and decided he&#039;d had enough and wanted to go home. So that was that - convicted - because a jury member didn&#039;t want to miss his train! 

Now like I say, I believe the guy was guilty, but I did not like it being decided in that manner! It just felt wrong.

I sincerely hope I never get called up again.
